I’m grumpy.
School starts back up in four days.
……yay.
Everything is going to be more difficult!

I’m actually getting nervous about the photo classes!!!
BECAUSE IT’S GOING TO BE MORE DIFFICULT!
WHAT IF I FAIL?!?!?!
OR WORSE….. I GET A “C”!!

ON TOP OF THAT!
My computer is having a freakout.
Which is why this post was delayed.
The computer reset a bunch of programs!
I use Premiere Pro to edit my videos…
I tried it before and it was working fine.
Then…. It broke itself.
I don’t know what happened.
BUT THEN… IT FIXED ITSELF.
And now… it’s broken again.
…… HOW……
HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN??!
I HAD THE VIDEO COMPLETELY EDITED!!
So, I had to re-edit the whole video using the good ol’ Premiere Elements.
ANYWAYS!!!!
Let’s look at the good side.
We turned in the contest pictures!

Now, we have to wait a week until the display to see if I won!... anything.
I was talking to my Aunt about it.
Every year I have gotten better.
What if I actually do really well?
Like I mention in the school bit above, I would be so nervous if I did it again.
I want to end on a high note.
It’s all just a thought right now.
We’ll have to see how I do.
I don’t want to get to confident….
But I have a good feeling about this year.
ANY… WAYS!!
ONTO THE PICTURE!
This week’s picture was fun to make.
While walking around in the Parks, I saw this fallen tree over the water.
I don’t know why, but my nature instinct was to climb on it.
So…. I did.
While out there, I thought about actually making a picture.
I saw a good spot to put the camera and I went for it!
Good thing I had the remote for the camera!
I don’t think I could have ran around a group of trees and out onto a tree over the river in 20 seconds.
I did have to GoPro while I was out there, so the video is interesting.
For the coloring, I wanted…. COLORS.
I don’t know why.
It makes me happy. :-)
So, I cranked up the saturation to infinity.
I used the new Dehaze tool to make the background more clear.
Then some contrast to seal the deal.
COOMPARE!!

Let's try the Image Slider.
Here's how it works...
There's a blue bar in the middle of the picture.
That's the slider.
The slider will disappear when you move your mouse off of the image.
I did that so you can really see the split.
But, it'll come back when you hover over it again.
You can CLICK on it and DRAG it around to get our own split image.
Or, you can use these presets.
Before FULL, After FULL, 50/50, Before a QUARTER, or After a QUARTER.
