Picture 408 | A Walk through the Park-Part 2...

So…. I have some news.

If you didn’t notice, there are ads on this here blog.
You probably didn’t notice because they aren’t working.
Something's wrong with… something.
I don’t know.
But they are there.
I’m testing the waters.
Last time I put ads on the sites was a few years ago, and it was only for a month.
I put them on my videos and all over my websites.
How much did I make from those ads?

If I get the ads working right, I might start making some money.
It won’t be anything I can live off of.
But that’s what I want.
I just want to make money off of doing what I love.
Which are my videos and my sites.
So, in order to make money, I need ads.
If that 3 cents gets up to $100, I get to keep it!
So, that is a nice little bonus!
I just need to get the ads actually working.

I’ve been very blah all week.
My sleep is pretty much non-existent.
I’d get tired at 11… I go to bed…. and lay there.

I am going over to DA AUNT’S place tomorrow so we can work on the pictures for the contest!
IT’S LESS THAN A MONTH AWAY.
So, we are going to look through the PILES of photos and pick the best ones.
SPEAKING OF PICTURES…..
This week’s picture is PART TWO of the Park series.
Here’s Part One.
This time we went to a park we’ve already been too.
So, we tried going to new places within that park.
We did go to this same spot last time, but I didn’t make a picture.
I didn’t know what to do when I was actually making the picture.
Where should I be?
Where should the camera be?
So, I ended up making my version of a selfie.
I climbed up onto the railing because I wanted to more of an aerial shot.
Overall, the results were…. Meh.
I didn’t put that much effort into it and that results in…… meh.
For the coloring, I tried to make it POP!
I scooted that saturation slider OVER 9000!!
And it didn’t help.
There’s just so… much…. Green!
And the sky was cloudy.
If the sun was out, this picture would look so much better.
Oh well, can’t win them all!
I still like it, it’s just not my best.

I did that so you can really see the split.
But, it'll come back when you hover over it again.

The video covers TWO DAYS.
One day I was experimenting with an interesting flower and another day we actually when to a park.
All in an effort to get pictures for the contest!
We didn’t do anything too fancy.
We just enjoyed the day.
I did go down a few new trails and almost ended up in someone's yard.
The video is actually shorter than the first part.
It would have been even shorter, but I goofed around in the editing of the picture.
Which ran up the run time. :-P
