Picture 449...

Ello there.
How’s your face?
Did it finally become pretty?
HA!!
I’m kidding……
That’ll never happen…
HA!!
HAHA!!!
Ok, I’ll stop.
My week has been normal as usual.

Nothing new or exciting.
I might be getting a car here pretty soon.
FINALLY!
If the boss is reading this, you know I need it and I need it now!
I’m buying his car.
I like to go with people I know and not through… THE SYSTEM!
DOWN WITH THE SYSTEM, MAN!!
I was going to buy a car from one of my cousin’s husband, but that sadly isn’t going to work out.
If they are reading this…. Sorry.
I tried my best to make it work.
Other than that news, that about it.
OH! I did shoot and edit a walkthrough video of this huge home.
Like…. HUGE…. But not that huge.
It had two kitchens and a movie theater, so that’s huge in my book.
My book is very small.
……. What was I talking about?
Oh, nothing.
Right.
Ummmmm…..
LOOK! A PENGUIN!
<(“)
…… what was I talking about?
OH RIGHT!
The photo for this week.
BEHOLD!

Ain’t that purrrdy.
If you didn’t read last week’s post, I’m going through a series of photos that I shot at one of our local parks.
This photo almost didn’t happen.
The goal of the trip was to get my photos and see the eagles.
We walked around for a long time looking for those big birds.
We eventually found them, and our goal was complete!
It was getting late and we were already there for a while.
While going back to the car, I saw this path out of the corner of my eye.
I decided to stop and investigate.
I liked the way the path looked, and I wanted to capture it!
So… I did.
Simple!
The remote didn’t work, and my other travel buddies wondered off.
They didn’t see me stop.
So, I had to set the 10-second timer and run down the path.
It was fun!....................
Eventually, I got what I wanted!
For the editing, I didn’t do much.
A bump in the saturation will do the trick.
Plus, extra little adjustments in the shadows and overall brightness.

COMPARE!
Hover your mouse (the computer one :-P) over the original picture to see the after editing one.
If you're on a touchscreen device, just tap on the picture. You may have to tap more than once.

LOVELY!
Let's try the Image Slider for a split comparison.
CLICK and DRAG the BLUE BAR around to get our own split image.
Or, you can use these presets.
Before FULL, After FULL, 50/50, Before a QUARTER, or After a QUARTER.
Before
After
Well now, wasn’t that nifty?!?!
I like it.
I really like it.
Once again, it reminds me of the contest.
I’m glad I saw that path or else this wouldn’t have happened.
Anyways, this is where I would insert the video for this week.
But, there isn’t one.
There’s still one more photo in the series.
My favorite out of all of them.
The one I worked on the most to get it perfect.
SO COME BACK NEXT WEEK FOR THAT!
I’ll see you then.
These posts are a little short without video to talk about that.
I'll make sure the next post is lengthy...
