Picture 366

So…Happy late Groundhog Day.
To bad I didn't get stuck on that day for ten years.
That would be scary, yet exciting.
No rules!
Punch an old lady!

That's not nice.
Don't punch old people.
That is why I play video games.
I punch virtual old ladies.
Back to the rodent!
He said that Winter is over.
An early Spring is afoot.
I couldn't tell!
It's only 40 outside right now.
As for me!
I've just been living life.
I have recently been trying to get sunrises and sunsets.
The sunrise Monday morning was terrible.
However, the sunset wasn't to bad.
Then this morning I tried again.
And once again….I failed.
I warped the GoPro in a bag because it was humid outside.
I can't have it in it’s waterproof case because there's no hole to charge it.
Duh…waterproof case.
Can't have holes.
But I wanted it to have it be plugged it so it didn't die.
The batteries only last two hours…ish.
That's not long enough for a good timeplapse.
So, it was outside with bag over it.
The video ended up being blurry because of the bag.
I wasn't thinking.
I had it a certain way that it should have been blurry.
But it was.
I'll have to try again tomorrow.
Or tonight.
Get the sunset!
T’is exciting!
Other than that, that's just about it!
I have spent the week editing and sleeping.
I have the Monthly Update uploaded.
But I don't want to share it yet.
There’s already one long video today.
We don't need an extra HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES!
But I can't do it next we because of the contest video.
So, it'll have to be next next week.
It's there if you want to go find it.
I just won't share it yet.
Ok!
Now this week is special.
I finally get to upload Part One of the Park videos!
I have been in a series.
Here's Week One, Two, Three, Four, and Five
When we were making the picture for the contest, we didn't only making picture for that.
I took the opportunity to make some for me!
With me in them!
When I edited the pictures, I made them all look the same.
I changed brightness, contrast and clarity to achieve the same look.
The only thing I played with was saturation
This week's pictures was my favorite.
that's why it was last.
Ha!
It describes me!
I would walk out on a log in the middle of a river to get s pretty photo.
Most people would be like “that's to dangerous!”.
I saw it and strolled right out there in a heartbeat!
Too bad the view wasn't that good.
It was cloudy and just didn't look….EPIC!
But it was fun.
During the process my Aunt suggested that we should make a picture of my being out there.
So, we made two!
Last week was me going out there.
And this week is me…out there!
On a log…in a river.
Delightful!
For the saturation, I like black and white.
This picture was going to be…black and white.
But I got lost in the trees and whatnot.
That's why I wore that shirt.
So I wouldn't blend in.
That's only if it's in color.
So, I gave it a faded look instead and it looks much better with it.
Compare!
Hover your mouse (the computer one :-P) over the original picture to see the after editing one.
If you're on a touchscreen device, just tap on the picture. You may have to tap more than once.

AMAZING!!
Just what I wanted!
Let's try the Image Slider.
Here's how it works...
There's a blue bar in the middle of the picture.
That's the slider.
The slider will disappear when you move your mouse off of the image.
I did that so you can really see the split.
But, it'll come back when you hover over it again.
You can CLICK on it and DRAG it around to get our on split image.
Or, you can use these presets.
Before FULL, After FULL, 50/50, Before a QUARTER, or After a QUARTER.
Before
After
I like it.
It's me!
Ok!
Now….for the video!
This is part one.
We went to the parks on two days.
These last few weeks of pictures have been from the first day!
So, you'll see them being made.
Not only that, but you'll see use making pictures for the contest as well!
It was an exciting process!
I just proof watched it one last time before it uploaded.
I had joy in my face.
I truly had a wonderful time.
Re-watching it brought back the memories.
That's why I do these videos.
I do them for me.
To go back and see what I've gone and how I did it.
That's why the videos are so long.
I don't cut anything out.
Because I want to see everything.
I'm getting off topic.
The video is 32 minutes 32 seconds long.
You can CLICK HERE to see the video or watch it below.
Exciting!
Like I said, it was a wonderful time.
I can't wait to do it again!
Now, next week is the conclusion of the whole story.
We are allowed to get my pictures and awards on Friday.
We might not get them right away, but I'll make sure we get them before next Wednesday.
….before next Tuesday….
So I can make the last part of the video.
But then I have to render the whole thing for five hours.
And then I have to upload it….which is another five hours.
……we should get them before Monday then…
So many things to do!
It all ends next week!
Well…not this series.
Part Two starts up next week.
Or…..maybe not.
I might make a random picture with my awards.
Or just a random picture.
I haven't made one in a while!
COME BACK NEXT WEEK!!!
