So, hello there!

At least….I think I am.

Yep, I seem to be in my normal range of fineness.
It's been a slow, anxious week.
We turned in the contest pictures last Thursday.
The office lady gave the proper flyers and cards to know what we are doing.
There are some interesting seminars this year.
See, they don't only do the contest and display.
During the week display, they do these little classes on interesting things.
One of them is “Five Elements to a Winning Photograph”.
Hold on, distractions…
I heard a boom from outside.
Probably another flat tire on the toll road.
A few semi honks too.
Crazy drives.
Ok!
Focus.
That class would be interesting to see.
I forget the others.
The card is all the way in e kitchen.
I'm too lazy.
Anyways! I thinking about what might happen.
We got a card to the open house….thing.
It's an hour before the actual opening of the display to the public.
It says “meet the photographers” and “acceptance ceremony”.
I was thinking.
Do you get the awards then?
Like the money.
How would I know if I won?
They do take your phone number and email when you turn in the pictures.
So, maybe they get a hold of you a day before and tell you to come in for the ceremony.
If that's true….then the phone will be glued to my face all day.
Waiting……
What's their number?
I hope I don't ignore them!

It's empty.
There no spam mail too!
No one likes me today.
Nothing was in the physical mail.
I have heard…..nothing……
I'm nervous!
If I don't win anything…I’ll have to wait another week or more before I find out if the people voted for me again.
And I'll be sad!
Not that I didn't win, just that…
Everything we did was for nothing.
Was it though?
When we see the actual BTS for the contest, you can see how I feel.
I have many videos on coming up.
I've got the BTS for each day we walked and shot.
Shot pictures that is.
All those videos are done and rendered.
Just waiting to get uploaded with the last picture from that day.
I've got the BTS of us preparing for the contest and then the actual contest.
So that's still being made.
Then I have the January update video.
Which is all the extra videos that I make throughout the month.
Extra videos that didn't go into a BTS video or something else.
All four of those videos have different videos.
I tried not to include the same videos in each one.
There might be a few.
Walk1 is 33 minutes long.
Walk2 is AN HOUR!
I was editing the contest video and it just went over an hour.
And the update video is at an hour….AND A HALF!
It was 4 hours….unedited…
All these are with different videos!
So, that's like 4+ hours of my life at different times.
It's crazy!
I'm still editing and cutting the times down.
I actually don't like long videos.
It just I recorded too much and I don't like wasting them.
I have been making so many videos!
It complicated.
The contest video should be first since the contest is on Saturday.
Oh, maybe not.
I have to wait and see if the people vote for me.
That will be pushing close the to the end of the month.
Which is when I do the update video.
Once the contest stuff is completely done, I'll upload the video as soon as I can.
Probably on a Wednesday to go along with the blog post for that week.
The Update will be the next Wednesday after the end of the month.
And the first Walking through the Park video is two weeks away.
Ok!
That's the plans for the next few weeks!

I'm in Week Four of the Park series.
When making the pictures for the contest, I also made picture for…me!
Here's weeks One, Two, and Three.
All the pictures have the same lighting.
Brightness, contrast, and clarity are all changed to give them the same overall look.
The only thing I played with was saturation!
This time, I didn't really play with it that much.
I just did the normal saturation I usually do.
It's the preferred look for most of my pictures.
Not for me though.
I do like that black and white.
And walking away from the camera.
It's whatever I'm feeling at the time.
If it black and white, then I'm having a bad week.
But not recently.
Only when I'm making a new picture each week like the good old days.
The picture reflects my week!
Some people might prefer a certain picture to be in color.
But it can't!
I'm grumpy!
Or I just want to get my B&W fix.
Like last week.
My Aunt (who helped me with everything in the contest!) liked the color version slightly better.
I was like...“Too bad, I wanted it faded!”
Not in those words though.
I like black and white!

That's the slider.
The slider will disappear when you move your mouse off of the image.
I did that so you can really see the split.
But, it'll come back when you hover over it again.

If I lose I'll be grumpy and not want to talk about it!
Then the next week will be the end of the Day One pictures from the Park.
So, I'll upload the BTS video!
Then after that will best the update video!
So, that's my three-week plan!
