Picture 300!!! with an update...

So, this is technically Picture 300!!
I didn't think I would get this far.
Don't worry, I am planning on doing an EPIC picture...sort of.
I just can't right now.

I can't do anything right now.
We are almost done with the move.
That why I wasn't able to upload the picture last week.
The big computer was moved...all my things where.
Now I'm a week behind.... :-\
I just didn't have time.
So, I can't work on ANYTHING!
Plus, I'm getting a new computer hopefully.
It'll take a whole month's pay check to get it. :-)
Anyways, with this being Picture 300, I look back at how things have changed since Picture 200.
Go read the post and see how I changed from 200 to the beginning.
I would have it from 200 to 100, but I didn't have my blog back then. :-P
For 200+, I vowed to upscale the quality of my pictures.
You can tell right from the start with Picture 201.
I wanted everything to be BIG and EPIC!
I pushed using Photoshop more.
I tried new things with my cameras.
Well....camera...
It was just two months before the new camera.
But, things can't be perfect.
Moving on! THEN!!! I got my new camera and uploaded its first picture.
And the next week, I uploaded my first picture that I color corrected in Lightroom.
Those two things (my new camera and Lightroom) opened up the door for epicness and beauty.
Then, I hit Four Years...
That also caused things to upscale.
From Picture 224 through Picture 249, I was giving it my all!
I even added more to my blog posts.
I described more and I added the greatest feature on this blog.....EVER!
The Image Comparison.
It was just in a test phase and I have refined in over the past year in to what it is now.
You can't tell, but on the inside it's all different.
I was happy.
But, I just didn't feel truly happy.
You can tell in some of the posts.
I just didn't care.
But my birthday did brighten things up.
I kept pushing on and got to the EPIC 250!
I tried to keep pushing myself.
Then, I hit a wall.
I started to mention....The End....
So, I decided to take on some series and projects to keep things alive.
The Fall and Winter projects produce some of my favorite pictures.
Then, I hit Five Years.
I was so happy this time!
It didn't seem like it, but I was.
Spring coming really help boost my happiness.
Which is why the April Fools 2014 picture is silly.
Spring also had the Spring series (Pictures 281, 282, 283, 284 and 285).
The reason why I actually link them all is because I love them all.
But, of course....all the happiness has to get ruined.
I just haven't felt the same.
But, I'm in a comeback now.
I'm living in the new house.
We have officially moved.
Some much more is on the horizon.
I see me getting to 400.
All this excitement was pushed into the Mirroring Project.
I feel epic, so the pictures are EPIC!
This has been a crazy road.
NOW!! ENOUGH CHI-CHAT!!
Onto the picture.
I'm in WEEK SIX of the Mirror Project Two...

 And then HERE'S the first Mirror Project.
I made all these pictures at once and I knew how they would be mirrored.
Mirroring is when I take a half of an image of and flip it, then line it back up with the other half.
That was a rough explanation....

I went back to just a simple mirror this time.
We are getting closer to the finale.
To some people, the finale picture isn't as good as last week's picture, but to me personally...it is.
But that's all for next week.
This week was going to be just a simple thing.
I had it all planned out.
I wanted to do me leaning against a tree and have the tree mirror right down the middle.
So, you get to half of a tree...which makes a whole!
However, some trees don't really grow perfectly straight. :-\
And I also had to find a tree that would fit the path I was walking in my EPIC Goodbye video.
I do a special lap through the whole area.
This tree was the only one that stood out and it filled in a gap in the path.
So, I went with it.
The idea in my head fit in perfectly.
I just leaned against the tree and BOOM! picture done.
It wasn't that hard.
The mirroring part wasn't that hard.
Everything is easy when you have a plan.
I tried to get the split as perfect as possible.
It had to be just right.
After fiddling with it for a bit, I found the spot.
It was perfect.
Just like I had PLANNED!
Plans are good.
I hate it when things go wrong and I can't do what I planned.
Or it doesn't turn out right.
But when it does...I LOVE IT!!!
For the color correcting, I wanted to go a bit extreme...but not overboard.
I bumped up the shadows level (which brightness only the shadows) a bit so you can see me better.
Then, I counteracted that with some contrast with gave me a nice bright edge around me.
I'm almost blacked out, but with can still see my blue shirt.
I looked good.
I did a boost of clarity as well.
That acts as contrast, but also sharpens things with brighter whites.
Lastly, the only stand out colors where blue and green.
So, I pushed those up to EXTREME!
After all that...it was done......and EPIC!

AMAZING!!
That was a BIG change.
I'm really happy with it.
Sure isn't not that complex.
But to me...it's perfect.
You can tell I'm happy.
When I'm tried and bored, I don't type that much.
This post was fun of things to say.
I left a lot out.
There a lot of exciting things happening.
I'm all AMPED UP!!
