So, this picture just happened in the moment.
There's not really a story to it or a BTS story like last week.
I was just walking to the garage and looked over at the lake my apartments have in the middle of the complex.
And I saw this...

I forgot about this!
They didn't turn off the fountain in the middle of the lake.
So, now it's a frozen sculpture.
I remember it doing that last year, but since it's really cold...it's really frozen.
I wish I remembered it earlier.
I was probably bigger and more frozen.
The water was starting to poke back through.
You can tell in the BTS video.
I would have gotten closer, but the snow has not been touched back there.
I was smooth and perfect.
Also, I couldn't tell where the lake started.
I wanted to run out there and climb it!
Then I noticed the water pool next to the ducks.
That's means it's melting because it's 40°F outside.
It's awesome. :-D
The snow is melting so fast.
The mountain on our patio has gone down so much.
Six inches I'd say.
Maybe.
Winter is almost over.
However, before the heat wave, we had a snow storm.
For an hour it was blizzard conditions.
I put that in to BTS video as well.
I would have made more videos, but I was busy making a special video.
I'll upload that video next week.

There's a lot in the BTS video, you should watch it. :-P
Anyways, onto the picture.
I didn't want to walk out into the untouched snow.
So, I decided to do a Photoshop job.
Even though, just walking out there would have been easier.
I took one picture of the fountain...

And then one of me...

But I didn't like that one so I re-did it...

MUCH BETTER!
Then, it was onto Photoshop.
It was pretty easy, just select and copy/paste.
I didn't need adjust anything on the ME layer because I made sure I was in the sun.
So, the lighting on me matched everything else.
Simple.
Then, it was onto the coloring.
I didn't want to go to crazy.
I didn't do too much contrast or clarity.
I did add a good amount of saturation and brightened it up.
Just simple things.
This picture was my simple picture.
I don't like too many complex things. :-)
Well, now let's compare all the simplicity.

I was really debating on the border.
It looked good with and without it.
I would have you compare, but I forgot to save the picture without it.
Sorry.
This was a really easy picture to make.
I like easy.
NOW! On to the BTS video.

It's because I do a lot of talking.
And I included most of the videos in their entirety.
As in, nothing cut out.
