Picture 282

So, this week's post is a little weak.
It doesn't have a fancy story like last week.
It doesn't even have a BTS video...or any video.
I took another day off.
Anyways, I didn't have a picture an hour ago from typing this sentence.
I have been doing that lately.

Waiting till the last minute.
I need to get back into things.
I made that list of picture ideas.
I stopped before I got any done.
I started, but then got distracted with life.
I'm just getting to the end.
I can't keep doing this.
Either I get a plan and do it or quit.
I'm not that much of a quitter though.
I want to get to picture 300.
Then, maybe I'll slow down like what I did with my Daily Photo Project.
Take my time and make EPICNESS!
We'll have to wait and see.
Ok, I got distracted with all that...where was I.
I didn't have this picture an hour ago.
I wanted something outside.
Maybe with the clouds.
I have done a cloud picture in a while.
I like clouds.
But, today was a cloudless day.
So, I looked around and saw the lake in my church's yard.
Then, I remembered the benches and WHOOSH I was off.
I get an idea for a perspective shot.
The camera would be far away, but zoomed in.
So, the wide angle lens goes away and things lose their depth.
It made that tree look really close, yet it was really far.
But I couldn't zoom in too much or be too close so that the camera didn't have a focal blur.
Everything would be clear.
I thought of that in like two seconds and ran out.
I didn't even get the BTS camera.
This wasn't too much of a job.
I got out there and got it right the first time.
I did take a second moving the camera inch by inch and getting the lining right.
It was a flawless photo shoot.
I got home and get to colorizing right away.
I know it was going to be very saturated.
I wanted it to look...Springy...
Loads of saturation, but not too much.
I was playing around with it and wasn't working.
I looked noticed a stick that was in the way.
So, I Photoshopped it out.
I continued to mess around with it.
I would say "THAT'S IT!"  and then change my mind.
It was too gray.
So, I added some warm overtone and BOOM!
It looked perfect.
Just what I wanted.
It's Spring, it needed a warm orange tint.
I was happy.
Oh, let's compare!!
Hover your mouse (the computer one :-P) over the original before editing picture and see the after editing one.

Now, let's compare another version of this picture.
Like I said earlier, this picture wasn't working.
I finally just went with it and saved it where it was.
But, I didn't like it when I looked at it.
It was gray and had a stick in the way.
So, I Photoshpped out the stick and gave it a warm orange tint.
Well, let's compare those two pictures.
Before and after the stick removal and the warm tint.

AMAZING!!
I liked the Version 2.0 one.
I'm glad I didn't give up and just go with it.
I wasn't happy so I figure out why.
It paid off.
I love this one.
I don't say that very often.
It's different.
Like last week's picture.
I'm not repeating...trying not to.
ANYHOW! I don't have a BTS video.
I don't have any video this week.
I was going to make a video about viewing the Lunar Eclipse that was a couple nights ago....
.....but.....we didn't see it.
We tried, but it was cloudy....and snowing... >:-(
OH WELL! Maybe next time.
There is a partial one this year...which is in October.
So, it'll be snowing then too!! HA!
I GOT TO GO!!!
COME BACK NEXT WEEK!!!
