So...it's April Fools Day...
It's been a while since I did a special picture for this special day.
I have done only two.
In 2010, I had a face transplant...
Then in 2011, I feel in love...
But, I killed it...
See, I was having fun!
But then...I just stopped.
I guess I ran out of ideas.
UNTIL NOW!!!
I decided to go off the Wednesday trial and do a special picture a day early.
So, I'm off a day from last week.
Anyways, I sat down and thought of what to do.
I wanted to make a cool video as well.
It would have a bunch of me's playing pranks on each other.
But it was too much with the limited tools I have.
So, I last night I randomly thought..."OH!! It'll just have another face transplant!"
But...with whom..... ?
I pondered for a bit...
Then, the dog walked up and laid down next to me.
I looked at him...he looked at me...
I grabbed his face and yelled "YES!!"
I ripped his face off and.....oh......Kidding. :-P
In just 30 minutes I had this thought of and made.
Which is why there isn't a BTS video.
It would have been cool to have one, but I went to fast without thinking.
Anyways, I had it all finished twice.
Here's the first one...
I didn't like it too well.
It was blurry and the computer screen was glowing on me, and not him.
I wanted the computer to be on, but I need it to not glow.
So, I did a re-shoot.
This time, I made sure I took the extra steps to get it made right.
We will go through each step for you to compare the changes, since I don't have a BTS video to show you.
I'll describe what I did and you'll see the after picture, then you hover over the picture and see the before picture.
These first three don't have anything to compare.
First, I had the chair and with the computer on and then one with it off.
After that I took one with me and the computer off.
Then I had the dog.
AMAZING!!
Now, I had to put it together.
I cut out our dog's adorable head first.
In one swoop, I put them stacked them on top of each other in Photoshop.
Now, it's all about erasing.
I erased the part where I'm at in picture with the computer on.
Then for me, I erased my forehead and the computer screen.
Since I had them stacked and eased in a certain way, they all blended together.
They look lovely, I got the computer screen to be on and not have a glow from the screen on me.
Now, I just had to put in the dog.
There we go, all done with Photoshop.
Next, I went into Lightroom and gave it a few adjustments here and there.

This last comparison compares the complete before and after.
I used the one with the computer off as the bottom layer, so hover over that to see all the changes.
AMAZING!!
JUST AMAZING!!
Maybe I should do a face transplant every year.
I should have went through and changed me face in all my pictures. HAHA!!!
It could be a new thing.
I do have a cat...... :-)
However, there was one failed thing.
Ok, two.
The first picture with my dog face, but I re-shot that.
I did have an idea of me....on the dog....
Let's just say that didn't work out so well.
I'm not even going to show it....ever.
I think I deleted it anyways.
It just didn't work.
That's all you need to know.
ANYWAYS!! Sorry for no BTS video!
COME BACK NEXT WEEK AND A DAY!!
