Picture 245

So, one night I was walking our dog.
When we we're coming back in, I suddenly saw a picture making moment.
It just hit me!!
And that's how it happens most of the time.
And that's also why this blog posts are so boring.
Because when it hits me, I quickly take it and forget to make behind the scenes pictures.
So, we have be living at our apartment complex for a while and this moment just hit me now. Why, I don't know.
Anyways, I don't know what I was going for, but here's what I got.

So, you can tell that I had an idea. The different between the to is one has an 8 second exposure.
I didn't take much because it was two a.m and it was cold.
So, it when inside an started editing them.
I didn't know which on the pick.
Here's the first picture edited.
Ok...ok. To me this one looks good. It took a lot of little tiny color adjustments until I got what I though I wanted...
I do like the grainy feel to it. But, that's the problem. I already had some other dark and grainy ones made.
I don't one people to think I'm like evil or something. So, I pushed this one out and focused on the other one.
The other one is way better. It's brighter and more clear. And that means less grain.
It took me thirty minutes to get the right color.
And then it took me ten minutes just to crop the thing. I wanted myself in a certain spot.
I wanted it to be prefect to me. So, it was more than twenty different edits until I got this...
And now compare them both by hovering your mouse over this picture.

I love the color one.
I don't know why...but I love it. I looked at it for a while to make sure it was perfect.
Anyways, I like this one. I just hit me and I made it in an hour. Sometimes it's even faster than that.
It just looks nice. Not as dark as the other one. It just look nice. :-)
You can click one it up at the top or CLICK HERE to get it in all full quality glory.
I changed where I upload my pictures and it allows full quality, instead of shrinking them.
Example, my pictures are 4000 by 4000 pixels, and they would be shrunk to 1000 by 1000.
I made those numbers up. But that picture is 4022x2366.
And one the old site I used, it would be 1023x602.
I like to not lose that resolution.
It helps.
:-)
